When you place an order with Core Travel, we collect your contact information,  beneficiary information, travel information, and credit card information. 

Your first name, last name, date of birth, trip travel dates, country of travel and upgrade information is accessible to the insurance administrator and insurance broker who process and oversee your coverage.  The assistance provider uses it if you request assistance while on your journey. 

We give your credit card information to the credit card company for authorization and billing, but beyond that we don’t share your credit card information with anybody.  We never give out email or phone number information for marketing purposes.

We use your email to confirm your upgrade purchase or notify you if there’s a question about your Core Travel Insurance order or an adjustment that needs to be made. 

We use a secure certificate and we encrypt information to protect sensitive information on line.

If you have questions about CORE TRAVEL's Privacy Policies, please contact us. CORE TRAVEL may update its privacy policy from time to time. When the policy is changed in a material way a notice will be posted on our homepage along with the updated privacy policy.
